This is a sandbox with a brand new(ish) map (actually the same, more or less, as LXXXIV, of which this can be thought of as a "spin-off").
It's designed to be pretty easy: plenty of room with no annoying rocks or hills where you'd like to build. No military, and no demands from Caesar either (just a few polite requests).
A few things to note about the scripting of the scenario. The main thing is that most service buildings, as well as patrician homes and the obelisk, are unlocked only when you have spent enough decorating the city. Any decorative item counts - except for plazas. Large entertainment venues are an exception - they are unlocked only when the population is high enough.
Enjoy!
EDIT: Corrected minor bug (iron mining camp should have been disabled - no iron deposits!)
After unzipping drop the docs into the 'Scenarios' folder. Follow this path: (C:\Program Files\Sierra\Caesar IV\Data\Scenarios). Then Play: Scenarios.

Fun map for sure! Very large as well. I like the fact that it is built on desirability, made me create one of the most beautiful cities I have ever constructed.
However it is a bit sad it is not winnable as such since 1.000.000 in population is really not possible to get.
There's no military on this map which is also good unless you like that but I do believe the trade routes (or at least some of them) could be made more expensive to increase the difficulty.
Other than that, awesome and fun map.

Great sandbox scanario. I like how it has a coastline (not that common for many custom scenarios).
