Viminacium, all at 100, in 7 years 10 months! Personal funds: 170, coffer: 10855.
Well, first I have to admit to being overcome by the Christmas-spirit in the end; I sent off a few gifts to Rome, mostly because I wanted to get to bed before 4:00 AM... Then, again I send a big "THANX" to Kach for his(her?) building block, which I have altered just slightly... Then at last but not least I say; "Good Night!"
I'm glad the building block is useful. I like your placement of the clinic, and the way you have placed all the shrines in the centre. However, you could use another tax office.
How did you win with only 2970 population?
BTW, I'm female! :)

My dear Lady!
Thank you for your comment, and for every walktrough you have ever made! I have read every one of them, that's how I got so interested in this game...t'was like finding an oasis after having stumbled through the desert for an eternity! I did a few small alterations, like placing the shrines where you commented, and fitting the library in under the theater...(costing me one patrician housing) I also found that fitting two blocks side-by-side, I can get away with one coliseum, placed over the arena, and one hospital placed above it, saving the cost of many equites!
This scenario I played out almost to the end with 600 more plebs, then I deleted 4 insulae (by the fountain) and placed two new ones in the block over the theater, thereby getting room for the fifth villa, and achieve 100 in prosperity.

Hmm...
I seem to be in two minds about who I am!
I am NorWiking here at this forum, and Geirean Valleus at CBC, hence the misleading signature to the previous post!
