This is my completed city for Elessar_warrior's "Roma - Trade Empire" scenario.

Admittedly, I cheated on this, my second go at the scenario --
- First, I slightly modified the map, adding more trees and fertile land;
- Second, I created a script file for the scenario to turn off building fires and building collapses;
- Third, and far more of a cheat, I modified the game's "NewConstants.txt" file to allow walls to be built at the very edge of the map and to allow buildings to be placed on steeper slopes than the default allows.
