Minimap:
This scenario takes place after the capture of Naissus from the local Dardanian tribes. It was initially used as a military camp for the Romans, later becoming an extraordinarily prosperous city.

I've aimed to make this one a little more thematic and difficult than most of my previous scenarios; there are significantly more military invasions, lots of Roman demands and you are required to have at least 16 Grand Mansions to complete this mission - signifying Naissus' transition from a military camp to a prosperous city.

There's also a (very small) chance for small earthquakes, you have been warned! Enjoy.

Full of everything (resources, fights, demands, etc ..)

It took me 25 game years to complete it.
The asks at the begin are high, I didn't fulfill every one, but managed to do it after (as there are a lot all along).

The invasions grow just as much as we can possibly fight, while the city takes place, and the demands are done.
Really Good scenario again !

Very difficult for me, I started again seven times before winning. Thanks for this scenario.. Do others like that it's great.. Well done

Didn't have to fight, since I was able to buy the invaders off every time
