A relatively standard build, trade and fight (or bribe) scenario, but your resources will be spread thin!
I made this scenario about 6 months ago with the plan to design a full length campaign around it, however I've been too busy unfortunately. Hope you enjoy it!
Played for a while (fulfilling all demands and desires), just to realise that like 80% of the map is at such an elevated ground that you can't place any aqueducts/reservoirs on there (and therefore no bathhouses, meaning I won't be able to hit culture goals and get max level housing). No way can I cramp 12k on the bit of the lower misshapen shoreland there is... anyone know of a mod/hack which allows me to build that stuff on the high ground?

@blubb you can stick a reservoir right on the very edge of the low land (to the north of the fertile area) and have residential on either side of the reservoir. The scenario will suck your soul but be so satisfying when it's finally completed.

I actually got around to slowly re-locating the whole city to the shoreline (over a couple game years) while all the requests were ongoing (didn't miss a single one), it was cramped but I didn't even have to use the higher ground for residential buildings at all. In the end it took 15 years 7 months.
Definitely a challenging, yet not undoable mission

How did you manage to zoom so far out to take that photo?
